I’m Drew Auker, founder of Auker Group. I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping people navigate high-stakes real estate decisions with clarity, strategy, and calm leadership.
For me, real estate has never been about transactions. It’s about helping people make confident decisions about where and how they want to live. My role is to simplify complexity, tell the truth, and guide clients through the process without unnecessary drama or pressure.
I built Auker Group on relationships, not lead-chasing. Our business has grown through trust, referrals, and delivering an experience people genuinely want to talk about afterward. We believe communication matters, details matter, and integrity matters — especially in an industry that too often lacks all three.

While San Diego remains the foundation of our business, I also spend part of my time on Florida’s Gulf Coast. No matter the market, the approach stays the same: high standards, honest guidance, and relationships first.
Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me at the gym, on the beach, skiing, golfing badly, spending time with my husband Arlon Jay Staggs and our dogs Chip and Biscuit, or somewhere between a country concert and an EDM festival.
